- Offer tips to help customers save money and adopt eco-friendly practices.
- Collaborate with other municipal departments, such as finance, utilities, or customer service teams, to ensure smooth coordination and accurate information sharing. Work closely with supervisors or team members to address complex issues or escalate problems when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of consumer profiles, and report variances or trends changes, for improvement in customer consumption behaviour.
